  1. Blow Moulding – Leisure Jerry Can 25 litre with an innovative design.
  1. Rotational Moulding – Swimming pool float for moving floor – new project using floats to lift & lower a ceramic floor for swimming pool installations.

We have huge amounts of experience and technical know how as well as a design department with 3D printing facilities. We understand that you need to hold and feel your bespoke product before committing to a full production run and are able to prototype and model new shapes so that you can see and feel the real model in your hands before tooling up. The in-house toolmaking team will then engineer the mould further speeding up production.

Lancashire manufacturer of temporary traffic management products Melba Swintex (PDM, Stand A044) will launch its trade custom moulding capabilities in trade blow moulding, trade compression moulding, trade injection moulding and trade rotational moulding. The company now wants to work with partners to provide customised products in other sectors.

It can offer design expertise and digital 3D printing, along with product design and tool design capabilities.

Around 90% of Melba Swintex’s product range is made from recycled material.

The company recently launched the Boss Crowd Control Barrier to move into the event management market. It also added a new blow moulded trench cover ‘Tuff Trench’ and the new blow-moulded wheelchair ramp – the ‘Kerb Buddy’ to the range. Identification of product is a key reason to order the Boss Barrier compared to the standard metal crowd control barriers which are expensive to emboss and to powder coat.
