Our Starlite roadcone was brought out as a lighter, more economical road cone than its heavier counterparts the Mastercone and Bigfoot roadcones. As a road cone manufacturer this gave our customers a great choice of light, medium and heavy roadcones suitable for all types of roads and weather conditions. Sales of the Starlite have steadily grown over the years but showed a 33% increase in 2014 compared to 2012. Identification of product is a key reason to order the Boss Barrier compared to the standard metal crowd control barriers which are expensive to emboss and to powder coat. With the barrier taking off in the UK and enquiries from as far afield as Malta and Singapore, it looks like we’ll need the barriers to keep our crowds of customers back ! Introducing the new Tuff Trench from Melba Swintex. The Tuff Trench is the first ever blow moulded Trench Cover, resulting in amazing strength, and the ability to withstand high impacts without any sign of integrity failure.  
  • 4 fixing holes. Can be bolted to the ground.
  • Can be fitted with reflective bands.

What it Does.

The Tuff Trench covers excavations of up to 700mm in width, providing a safe pathway for the general public.

Ease of Use.

Handles have been incorporated into the design, resulting in an easy-to-carry product. The cover is a single man lift due to it’s low-in-weight design.

Fixing.

Four bolt holes are situated in each corner so that the cover can be securely fastened to the pathway with the bolts supplied. The board also incorporates the possibility of using bitumen padding.

The cover can withstand over 400kg loads, and has a high impact resistance. Strong, durable and able to protect open areas on a footpath. Manufactured from 100% virgin material and 100% recyclable.
